Find that my weighted blanket helps when I have 'nerves on fire' type pain, also restless legs, drink tonic water in evening for restless legs too (not sure it makes much difference), use heat pads, aromatherapy rubs and roll ons,
Pacing, planning, resting, distracting myself (usually crochet), mindfulness, meditation, relaxation, exercise etc all help too.
Superb information tai chi great I'm looking into that too I hear good chiropractor can do wonders too I use to get alot pain in my neck now its alot better sickness has gone down Emmett is that like pilates or Alexander I also been doing yoga breathing exercises which seems to help stretching good been trying out roll therapy with yoga balls also using a good rolling foam helps release bit of tightness in the muscles I've not been great on mileage walking wise but trying to get it up to 10.000 ish steps most days it's only few hundreds due to pain heard swimming good tho but I get tired drained next day I'm like heavy flu ... where everything feels head lead like aches too
Differently a soak in Epsom salts /radox in the bath to relax muscles, I too find heat helpful. Wheat bags, hot water bottle, rub in gel for me bio freeze. differently a late Spring/Summer person warmth is totally better for me. I like drinking tonic water with slice of lemon xxhealthunlocked.com/fibromya..., ps if you would like to block your posts there is a link above that way only our community can see and gives you more privacy, take care xx
Yes, soda water helps clear the throat of nasties, I find.
I've gotten used to being cold in my unheated home, not bothering with it as I will be moving soon. I have a fan heater when it really gets cold, and I wrap up in blankets otherwise.
My pain is pretty much under control; I've found that the less medication I take, the better the results when it really gets too much.
