Thats it I give up for today

Pain in arms, back, neck, and hands gradually getting worse all day. Tried pain killers, ginger tea, hot water bottle and a soak in the bath. What happens? I get a head ache. Good night all. see you tomorow.

Good morning all. Thanks for the messages from last night. I don`t have as much pain this morning, though my back still feels as though I slept on a bag of spuds and my arms feel as if I was the one who dug them up Oh well lets see what today brings. sue

Thanks for caring I`m not too bad at the moment except that I think the fibro beast has It`s teeth sunk into my right sholder...hugs sue
