The pain has spread up through my back now, it feels like someones got a grasp on sections of my spine. But I've figured a way to prop myself up even if it is a bit painful. Managed to make it up and down stairs last night thanks to someone's idea.

Hi Connor sorry you are in pain today.

When I am sore especially on the back I usually do some stretches, have a hot shower to ease my back & when I am really bad I visit a therapist to have a back massage. Failing all of that I take codeine.

Have you been offered any medication? x

healthunlocked.com/fibromya..., hello there nothing worse than horrid back pain, agree if able warm water from a shower might be helpful, I do tend to use heat cream or something called bio freeze gel on my back that helps, I know some people use a tens machine ?? as well as good old fashioned hot water bottles at night, I have a water pillow that’s really comfy for sleeping ,and a v shaped pillow when resting behind my back and neck. Hope it gets better real soon .

I really feel for you

My hubby bought me a back massager which I find helpful, it does hurt a bit when using it but it does help. I use hot water bottles, they are great. My son bought me a long one last Christmas, it's fantastic. Hope you get some relief soon. Please take care of yourself
