It's a beautiful day...

I was lucky enough to feel up to a walk this morning, with my sacroiliac belt pulled tight and bathed in voltarol gel. I thought I'd share a pic with for those of you who might be feeling poorly today, to see if the scenery can lift your spirits too. Gentle hugs xxxx

Lovely picture Alex, couldn't quite makeoutwhatthat was in the forefront until I saw shadow, but then I went to opticians yesterday and they can't update my glasses anymore as I have cataracts in both eyes so hav to get them done,wondered why my glasses always looked dirty lol, ...thank you for sharing that pic Alex it's lovely and calming..gentl hugs..Dee xx
