Advice please. Im 28 with the following symptoms.

Chest pain on left side worse when breath in

Aching arms legs fingers and pins and needles

Dull Headache for a week and slight blurred vision

Urinating more especially at night with dull kidney pains

Feeling weak

Very itchy skin especially my neck

No energy

Tiredness

Earache/slight ringing in ears

Redness around fingers

Red cheeks

Dry eyes

I also have an underactive thyroid

Advice please

You need to see your Dr as nobody here can diagnose the problem, maybe get your thyroid levels checked when you see your Dr.
