Symptom help?

Hi I’m new to this and new to diagnosis after suffering for a lot of years, I still do fully understand the condition all I know is there is a word of all the stuff my body goes through. But there is one symptom that doesn’t seem to be on the list...... does anyone else get really bad pins and needles in the arms for no particular reason?

omg yes!! I get where it feels as if my arms are asleep and it gets worse if I sleep on my side this am both of my arms where asleep is what it feels like

Yes I get a lot of pins and needles and also cramps in my hands, arms and feet.

Yes in my hands and feet or sometime my hands go numb x

Yes, often part of fibro but check your B12 levels as low B12 can cause pins and needles and numbness in fingers and toes.

I get numbness, pins and needles all the time but for some reason I thought it was from a medication like Cymbalta or Norco for pain. The numbness is so bad sometimes that I drop light things that I can't feel. I also get stabbing pains in a single finger, different ones. It's so odd. I still don't know exactly what causes it but I had a nerve test years ago and have carpal tunnel tho only repetitive movement is writing letters with my right hand years ago. So, why all this in left hand too? Expect the unexpected with Fibro.
