Hiya I haven't posted for some time sorry.

I have recently started to flinch/jump/involuntary movement of my limbs and body.

I'm starting to worry as I know our symptoms are a lot like MS.

Does anyone else experience this?

Thanks

I’m the same too, brain fog maybe worse 🥴 I pop on here now and again, as I don’t do FB. I hope your not getting anything else, it’s bad enough with this Fibro. It’s great hearing from you.

😘❤️😘❤️🤗🤗🤗xxxx

Yes, probably around 3 times a day. I have known others on a much more frequent basis - every few minutes. If you have any symptoms new to you though always worth getting them checked out rather than assume it is fibro related!

Hi could it be a side effect of medication!

Its just that last year I had a severe reaction to tramadol and one of the side effects was my arms suddenly jurking it was a frightening experience!!

I was itching all over and and more. Then I had to come of it cold turkey and was bad for 2 days

Never again I find most medications are having a bad effect on me.

Hi this has been happening to me for a while now, I went to the doctors and he didn’t seem concerned he said because fibro is to do with the muscles and nerves you are more likely to get things like this happen

Thanks. They blame everything on fibro. That's what worries me
