healthunlocked.com/fibromya... Morning , I am reading more on the forum that members are trying yoga, and also if you can be referred by doctor hydro pool is helpful for fibro, some people are looking at their diet and cutting out dairy, caffein and saying their pain has improved by following a more healthy way of eating , , I take my hat off to them something I have not managed to do.i have been taking turmeric as well that seems to help, if you would like to lock your posts only our community can see and can generate more replies from members as gives yourself and them more privacy, I’ve posted the link above.Im hoping to read some helpful tips to your post anything that helps us with this condition is a bonus. Xx

Hi. I've been away for a while. I have primary fibromyalgia with rheumatoid arthritis. But my bigger battle right now is that I have end-stage liver disease and I need a liver transplant and I have chronic kidney disease as well.

And I am not complaining, just explaining.

A few months ago I stopped taking opiods, muscle relaxers, nerve pain meds, and my diabetes meds. My diabetes is gone since last February.

I live in Massachusetts [USA] use of medicinal and recreational marijuana is now legal in this state. I use 1500 mg./ 30 ml cbd oil morning and evening and I smoke medicinal cbd that is vaporized. I use a vape pen. I hope it's okay to talk about this here. We can talk about it freely where I live, everyone sells it and a very good number of people use it daily. The pills were killing me.

I have more energy now than I have had for many years I credit that, in part, to swearing off pharmaceuticals. I hope everyone here is well and finding their way back to health.

Not what you're looking for?
