This is quite a good image that explains different activities or exercises that can be used with people with chronic pain. With this range people can see what they offer and choose one that may be suitable for them.

some like taichi can be done sitting down.

Thanks Des, some good ideas there. Mine would have to be from a sitting position. But I do believe any kind of exercise is better than none :)

There are some YouTube videos about Tai chi that could be worth looking at

I’m starting a 4 week ( free) Tai Chi course run at local hospital by pain management team next week. Am on waiting list for physio assessment which I’m hoping will put me on the aqua hab course at same hospital. Not great in group situations ( and definitely no music) so not attempted aqua aerobics at local pool.
