Not found it does personally, but like all supplements, unless you are deficient in magnesium, giving yourself extra could lead to further problems. Magnesium in horses is used as a calmer but again only works if the horse is deficient, Recommend you ask for a blood test. low vit D can cause pain.

It definitely does. I thought it wasn't helping and stopped taking it, within a few days I had a major flare up. Could be a coincidence but I'm not taking that chance again 😊. I get magnessium malate. The combination of magnesium and malic acid is really good. Xx
