Fibro treatment with a heart condition

Hello everyone, just found this site.

I was diagnosed with Fibro in December 2018 after many months of not knowing what on earth was wrong with me. I am lucky enough to be under investigation for a heart problem as well. Subsequently I can't take any medication for the fibro until the results of all of the heart tests etc are confirmed and we know what we are dealing with. I am not keen on taking long term tablets anyway and was wondering whether anyone has found any natural products that help with the pain and/or fatigue and sleeping problems?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi Toni0104 , and a very warm welcome to this lovely, friendly forum.

I find that heat helps with the pain - electric blanket, heat pads, hot water bottle etc.

I also find aromatherapy massages and reflexology help with both the pain and helping to get a good nights sleep.

I am sure others here will also be able to give you some suggestions.

(Weekends are usually quiet, so I am sure you will have more replies tomorrow)

xx
