Morning everyone I hope your week is going as gd as can be 😊 🤗 sorry for not being a gd member and not commenting on your posts , I’ve been changing over to a diff anti depressant and it’s been horrible 😢
I need some advice regarding PIP assessment although it’s my 3rd assessment i have no one to come with me although I’m going to try and fight for a home visit , is there any organisations where someone will be by my side for my assessment ?

One of our members got the C.A.B to accompany them, look at yesterdays write ups or maybe someone will see it before we find it??
I had my assessment last week and sadly didn’t have anyone to accompany me too. I took a taxi to the assessment centre (they will refund the cost if you need one)
Thankfully I had a lovely assessor.
Just be yourself at the assessment. if you have good and bad days, let them know and speak about the majority of the time, that is 4 days out of 7 (not just about your very worst days otherwise they will catch you out and might be seen as benefit fraud). Just make sure that they do not try to put words in your mouth.
Be yourself and remember that not all assessmenst are bad (but that people who had a bad experience are more likely to write about it.
So far I only had good experiences with pip. Have you done the pip self test? If not google it and answer it truthfully a few times. It helps if to prepare yourself for the real thing and gives you an idea where you qualify for.
Wish you all the best and hope the side affects will disappear soon. Take care
