Atos PIP assessment.

Hello my Friends, Just to let you know I have my PIP assessment tomorrow. feeling very nervous about the whole thing.

The assessment is been held at my home although I never requested a home visit.

This is a long time coming as I kept putting off applying for DLA/PIP due to Atos and their system towards the disabled.

However I'am encouraged by the positive postings on here.

Wish me luck for a positive outcome and I will update you all on how it went.

Hi there really hoping you success and would love to know ty:))

Hi

Good luck.

I too, have finally found the courage to apply for PIP after being advised to by many people, including the lady at the Job Centre who said I was definitely not fit for work.

She could not understand how on earth I "passed" my ATOS medical.

Please do post how you get on.

I phoned and requested the forms last week. I'm still waiting for them to arrive.

BM

Good luck,Hugs sue xx

I had my PIP assessment today, It took place at my home this morning, The Atos health person was a nurse and was very kind and understanding and had taken time to listen to my everyday difficultys..... I was very tired afterwards the interview took 2 hrs 5 min's.

Just glad its all over for now, Told that I would hear something from DWP in about 6-8 weeks time

Here's hoping ......... :)
