Whether to apply for pip again

Hi I'm new to this site. Several years ago, after being diagnosed with th and hypomobility i was turned down at appeal. I felt completely interrogated at tribunal and distressed. Don't know if I can put myself through this again. 3 years ago I was diagnosed with state 3 breast cancer. Had pump and lymph nodes removed. Am on tamoxifen as because of my joint problem couldn't go on other one. Am so far cancer free - yeah, but always in the back of your mind. I was thinking of deploying but wondered if it would be worth putting myself through it. Would appreciate what people think. Thanks
