I’ve started with a banging headache & sore neck/upper arms but I’m determined to get some work done this morning on my book, & do the washing up!

Well done for giving yourself goals. I’m going to have a shower and wash my hair. The thought is exhausting but your post has inspired me . Thanks.

i often wake with a headache that tends to lasts for days, an out of hours came to see me and gave me BUCCASTEM , ive never had something work soo fast, try it may help x
