Throbbing legs

It’s a throbbing painful day my legs are so sore and stiff 😖

Hope they are a bit easier now strangely mine have been the same. I had to go a short walk into town to sort out a bank account and they got so stiff and painful it took me ages tonhobbke back. The weather is sort of murky and damp not raining butnthar dampness in the air and I find my muscles are always worse in this kind of weather.x

Mine are the same. From the buttocks right down the legs. Uncomfortable to sit but sooo tired!

Try lying on the bed with your legs resting against the wall. Helps so much with heavy, fizzy feeling.
