Just how much weight can I lose in that time whilst not destroying my metabolism? In the last two years I have put on 10kg.
I’ve just come down with the cough/sweaty lurgy and have zero appetite. But, I know I have to eat to stay healthy. Soup is okay. Swallowing anything larger isn’t as my throat is super sore and I sound like Minnie Mouse!

I think if your I’ll ... your not going to lose as much as you’d like , eat healthily plenty of vitamin c and aim for a pound
You're ill. Keep warm, drink lots. If you don't feel like eating that won't harm you for a few days. If you can eat try protein foods like eggs, chicken or fish.
It's more important to drink.
If you're ok with aspirin try gargling with soluble aspirin as that will help your throat. An old remedy but works well.
Hi there, If you are under the weather then don't try anything but getting better. Crash eating plans can be counter productive. Consider the clear situation of living with Fibro.
Some gentle exercise is good so to lose weight just by small steps of less food and increase movement. Well balanced eating is essential.
