So sorry to hear your struggling with back pain. I think most of us here understand how that feels I most certainly do. I hope your GP can offer you something to ease it

How long ago was your op. hun? did the surgeon give you pain relief to take home? did they arrange some physio or hydro for you? Try to keep good posture throughout your recovery as muscles have to heal as well as bones. Would you consider sitting in jacuzzi with a mate at all? I often use our local one, I go at evening meal time so that I usually have it to myself...Have you got a follow up appt? if your pain becomes unbearable then present at A&E thats what they are there for... let us know how you progress hun.
