Qutenza patch
Would love to have these as found the Capsaicin cream really helped Fibro pain but transferred to everything as needed it on widespread areas to address the pain, however the GP said as so expensive that a specialist pain consultant would need to authorise. Hence I haven't got them but if they are considering them for your pain I think it would be worth trying and I hope it helps ease your pain soon

Yh ive tried the cream but i would rub my eyes in the night not realising i was touching my skin so i didnt like it. Get referred to pain management they will prescribed it or change doctors
I found capsaicin cream really helpful for knee pain. Always used disposable gloves to apply and it did take a couple of weeks of using before burning sensation on skin subsided.
Not heard of the patches... Something else to ask gp about at next appointment xxx
