Leg gives way

Having bad hip and leg pain since Friday, that bad I couldn’t handle it and just burst out crying in front of my family. I never cry 😭 think it’s the first time my partner has seen my cry lol. Was out walking today and my leg just gave way. I struggle with stairs and I can’t bend down to pick things off the floor. My hip feels as though it’s grinding on the bone x anyone else have hip and leg problems xx

Yes I do the gp out it down to fibro but I asked to see a physio and fortunately the physio insisted on stage and I actually had osteoarthritis. Physio and some hydrotherapy helped build up my core muscles which seems to have helped my mobility and flexibility. When it is severe I often find that I lose some sensation in my legs and they feel as though they will give way.x
