Backs. Killing. Not had this in back for while. Flared up last night. Weather. Think.

My lower back muscles have been hurting since the sun went in and the rain and cold came. Ive got some Voltarol Plasters (not the heat pads) and it does releive it, yo can sleep in them but not shower, they last 12-14 hours, bit pricey from Boots but worth it.

Yes I do think extreme weather changes can aggravate out bodies unfortunately, I do use a hot water bottle , or wheat bag , I can also use deep heat separately, love my warm baths with Epsom salts sometimes for me when I’m having a rest few propped up feather pillows and rest can help , I’ve also found getting the right mattress as well something that’s supports your back so worth trying some out if you can . X
