You can ask DWP for a new application form. Tell them you are only applying for PIP mobility.

In order you might get it this time your conditions must have changed...ie deteriorated.

Blue Badge award has nothing to do with PIP mobility.

Well Done ! It's completely up to you if you want to update your PIP claim due to changes in your condition but as they say when reassessed you may lose the award you have. I would maybe speak with the FMAUK Benefits Advisor for advice on this situation. All contact info in post below;

Very pleased for you. As others have said the criteria for the blue badge and PIP mobility aren't exactly the same so your mobility issues need to have got worse since you last applied and were turned down.x

Hi

If you don't wish the whole of your PIP awared relooked at I would not

Thay will look at both mobility and Care .

Having a Blue Badge does not give you any points on PIP

But its up to you

Having a blue badge is evidence of a mobility issue but is not a passport to get PIP. The DWP will assess you again and they say they could take away an existing award, although it is unusual for them to do so. To counter the threat, make sure you say everything necessary to support your existing award on the forms and when the Assessor sees you. Take nothing for granted, so they really have to justify taking anything away. If you can get the HCP's (Health Care Professional) report from the Council as to why you got the Blue Badge, you could use it as evidence if it is supportive. You might have to pay a fee to get it.
