My hands have been getting more painful lately, especially if I have been seeing or knitting. I was told to smother them in ibuprofen cream, this does work better than taking more painkillers. Good luck

My hands and feet are horrible, but I have other medical issues too, so I'm not sure how much is related to the fibro, and how much is from other issues.

Hi

Thats what im thinking maybe its not the fibro but sumthn else. When i was 28 i was told by the hospital id be in a wheelchair by time i was 30 as i was having problems then... im 44 an not in a wheelchair but im thinking maybe that's when the fibro started. I dont want to keep pestering my gp x

Hello If you are having issues that is what your GP is there for. I've felt guilty a few times myself having to go to my GP for the same thing over and over (lol not to mention got really tired of paying that stupid copay over and over), but eventually either he figured out what was causing my problems, or referred me out to a specialist who figured it out. (Not that they were able to do much or anything at times to resolve the issues, but I think sometimes just knowing what it is helps take some of the stress and worry off of our minds). So don't ever think you are pestering them because you aren't. If you have a problem that is what they went to medical school for, so allow them to help you if they can. Have A nice Night and I hope you feel better soon.
