Hi
It depends on area to area its not unusual to wait up to 12 weeks but you can phone and see if a decision has been made
Not sure what you mean by area rose 54 do all pip claims not go to belfast to be looked at sorry for questions am new to all this pip business thank you xxx
My pip assessment decision will be eight weeks this Friday was told up to four weeks
It causes untold stress on ppl especially ppl with mental health conditions it needs sorting and sorting out quick.
Probly why they do it slow then.
My first application took 18 months for a decision; 6 weeks sounds like a dream! Currently waiting to hear if I have to have a f2f for my renewal myself. Good luck, hope your decision goes your way!
Hope you don't scribbles and that thay do q paper for can't believe 18 months was that when pip first started xx
It does maco100 thay tell you 4 weeks when you phone and so do assessment center say 4 weeks it's not good on health at all I hope you hear very soon and good luck xx
Got my pip decision yesterday enhanced on both so well pleased with that just waiting on my ESA decision now.
More good news got my ESA decision this morning and have been moved on to the support group from the work-related group 😀
My husband is going through it now! He was only reviewed for his DLA a few years ago. Can’t understand why they didn’t transfer him to pip then?
It horrible though we asked for a home assessment, even sent a letter from our doctor, but because we put that he gets uptight and frustrated with his pain they refused and said he had to go for a assessment at a local centre. I’ve just had surgery on my leg and suffer with PA, asthma and various tumours and my daughter is a nurse and is struggling to get a day off. I rang the DWP and was basically told that they didn’t give a damn!
