results from lip biopsy testing for sjogrens

hi all. I received the results of my lip biopsy and it isn't sjogrens but something else as it is said in my letter, medication will be discussed at next appointment. any ideas what it could be. mind is whirring around.

I have hypothyroid issues and they thought i had mild lupus too(but im doing ok off meds, so who knows)...had that odd ANA and some inflammation years back, but its disappeared as doc had me on plaqunil for a bit...its never come back, and im not on meds...

Anywho, since about the end of April I have been getting "mega dry mouth over night and in morning"...I did switch toothpastes for a while and thought it was that, but i went back to my old kind of TP and still have dry mouth, which is freaking me out!!!! I pee like mad too, and i dont do coffee coffee, and only decaf cause my BP went up for a bit (its perfect now)...

Im about to ask for testing for sjogrens (autoimmune things sometimes come in bunches)..or misdiagnosed BUT, also diabetes has similar symptoms...did they test you for that at all...Then there is even dry mouth syndrome...I think even thyroid can give you dry mouth, but ive been hypothyroid for about 20 years and this dry mouth is a first,...So diabetes, thyroid, dry mouth syndrome, are some others Ive been reading about have similar symptoms as Sjogrens...
