I completely understand there’s times where you just cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel , they say acceptance that’s really hard but now I’ve learnt to take each day as it comes take my meds that help with the condition , I try to remember what good things I might have got to do on a good day and the bad ones I’ll reflect on that , it helps me cope a little more I think, hope to see you post again just sending a link that might help healthunlocked.com/fibromya... take care x

Hi Jade, I find that heat helps, either a bath or the microwave heat pads. Also tens machine on my legs. Pacing what you do so you don’t overdo it is also good but don’t ask me how to do that cause I haven’t cracked it yet. I’m also taking Amitriptyline at night which I’m finding useful and naproxen in the day not so much 😀😀

Hi think I need fibro update with doc. My knees are hurting a lot do you get that . 😊

My knees ding usually hurt but my calves hurt permanently and sometimes the front of the tops of my legs too. 😀😀
