Want a good nights sleep!

Feeling exhausted and fed up with always having disturbed sleep and then waking up in morning feeling just as exhausted if not more and hip, shoulder, elbow, back hands, knees, legs hurting (would have been quicker to say what wasn’t hurting!)

Hope you had a better night sleep with minimal pain x

Morning. Sorry to hear you didnt sleep well. I fully understand how you feel as i cant remember the last time i got a good nights sleep. Been pacing the landing most the night with the pain and my restless legs. Its relentless isnt it. I really hope you manage to get some rest today. Im thinking of you and sending you gentle hugs xxx
