Hello I've had fibromyalgia for 10 years now and at the moment it is horrendous has anyone tried that cannabis oil from holland and Barrett . Also is it addictive which I obviously want to avoid thank you

No it’s not addictive. The H &B oil is not strong but a lot of people find it quite effective . It is best to start low and slow until your endocannabinoid system kick starts.

I tried it and personally it had no effect and tasted dreadful. By what I have read you need a lot stronger dosage to have any effect, but it does cost a lot more.

Dear Marie, I tried the Cannabis oil but it did not help my pain. I am now trying Turmeric spray in the mouth and been on this for 2 weeks, but it has helped my blood pressure to come down, which is a good thing. My daughter tells me it takes at least 2 weeks to get any benefit, so will see. sincerely, Roselil

Hi there yes thus oil is amazing, However I don't use the Holland and barret one myself the one I use is much stronger , here's a comparison

1. Holland not enough for pain relief it’s 10ml 2.75% only
