In it just I find myself feeling sorry for myself a lot lately gets you down so much xx

Do you take any medications that can give you insomnia? If I take tramadol in the evening/afternoon I will be up all night. (Can't take it later than 3pm) it's worth looking into the cause of your insomnia.

The pain wakes me then I can get back to sleep Doctor said try karms they no good
