Debsdelight72 i hope you are ok? Flare ups are awful and can really get you down. I find it helps to push through and keep moving even if it’s a short walk 😊

HiNot sure on how far spread your pain is but being a fellow fibromyalgia sufferer I have a personal good idea & it's vile & beyond words.

Lots of gentle hugs. I too am having a bad flare up yet again. I've had fibro for about 15 years and haven't known such a bad year for flare ups. I'm averaging 2 flare ups a month lasting a week each time. I think the problem is the weather. The sudden heat is great but then the sudden drop by 4- 6 degrees in one day kicks of the pain .

Its the effect the hot/cold and atmosphere that affect the nerve endings etc. Its why hugs are painful too.

Would love to have a holiday home abroad for constant heat but I simply can't afford one.

So me, my medications and my hotwater bottles soldier on.
