Hi all I am suffering with really bad pain if my daughter takes me out can’t wait to get home go

I know how you feel. I know it is good for me to get out and be part of the outside world if I stay in too long mymood gets lower and lower and if I don't make the effort to go out the front door I'm frightened that one day I just will never go out and be a hermit. The problem is when I do go like you I want to be back. I love my hot water bottles. We have to force ourselves to do the best we can

I felt as if I'd been cooped up in the house for ever so Friday I drove myself and a friend up to national trust property, about an hour and a quarter away. We joined a tour of the house, which was only an hour long. And had a tea break before and after that.

Yesterday just felt exhausted, today the pain has flared big time and I'm in agony. Tried painkillers, magnesium bath, pain patches, tens machine. Only good thing I can say is it's not getting any worse.

Grandkids arrive mid week for a couple of days and at the moment I can't see how I'm going to clean the house and get food in for them !

One trip out and don't we pay for it afterwards. Hope you can find something to reduce your pain.

Thankyou love it gets u down horrible pain and bad migraine in and out of bed can’t do much x
