Stabbing/shoting pains.

Hi there,

I often get a very tender pain to my right ear and simply massage gently and pain dissappears.

However, Tuesday evening got the same pain accompanied with stabbing/shooting pains to the right of my head./ temple. The pain isn't constant but the pain stops me in my tracks.

I have lots going on around me.

Does anyone else suffer like this?

Hi there, I had similar thing this week. Mine turned out to be a swollen gland. But it could also be earache or start of an ear infection. Try having a word with your GP or pharmicist.

Thank you very much Momo. Yes I agree, I will see how I feel in the morning....I am feeling generally that my fibro is worse lately but i know that high emotions have a strong impact on my fibro & I have lots too much on my plate right now.

I don't often post on the forum but this morning i felt a tad alone with it all, which I am not but fibro can make us feel isolated.

I recall a post you made a short while back Momo and hope you are not struggling too much?

I do hope you feel better soon. I find a warm water bottle helps. Thank you for asking. Not very good at the moment. Got a lot going on too. But I'm sure so do many others. And the weather and dark nights wont be helping that's for sure. Take care 😘

Thank you for your thoughts. I take Venlafaxine. I actually saw a doc yesterday who said i have a migraine but since Tuesday! So I am taking ibrufen doe now....but I still feel awful....oh joy! 🙉🙈
