I get a stingy burning in my eyes, I use an eye drop that does help and the jet engines are worse some days more than others. It can certainly be made worse by tiredness, or at least that is my experience :)

Have your eyes checked and you may find they are dry :)

Hope you can find something to ease the discomfort :)

Hi there

I think you possibly have 2 different things going on - although I am not a medical professional.

I agree completely with Hidden that it would be a great idea for you to have your eyes tested. Try your best not to rub them.

With regard to the sound in your ears this does sound like Tinnitus. Do you have the noise the whole time?

Wishing you less pain and more peace

I got eye pain some 3 years ago but only at night. Given various gels and drops but nothing helped. After a year saw a consultant opthamologist who said I had corneal erosion due to dry eye syndrome. He put a bandage contact lens which made an immediate difference, has to be kept in permanently for up to 4-6 weeks when it has to be changed. Just been to see the consultant again, and fingers crossed after nearly 2 yrs of wearing the lens, the cornea has healed, hopefully with lots of eye drops and goey gel put in the eye at night, will prevent the eye from drying out and having to wear lens again. The thing is to keep the eye well hydrated.

Not sure if this helps you, but it could be the reason. Its also known as map dot fingerprint dystrophy and Coogans disease!

Many people with fibro seem to have these symptoms. I find my eyes get tired very easily now and !y vision varies from day to day, some days fine and then the next not so good. I have had tinnitus for years but I have noticed that it seems worse when I am tired or rwlky under the weather. So have both eyes and ears checked though as we can easily out these things down to fibro but you might find in hiring case you need different glasses or the noises in your ears could be caused by something else. Do hope you get answers to your problems.x

Hi my friend

I am so genuinely sorry to read this and I have the eye problem but not the ear issue. I would definitely go and have your eyes tested just to rule any other medical condition out of the equation.

I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you
