I Think there is a nasty virus going around which I have picked up from my mum. I Think this has flared my fibro with a vengeance too. everywhere is sore and aching everywhere. my skin on my scalp and back feel red raw. my legs feel they are going to give way and I am so dizzy. supposed to be going to Cardiff tomorrow but it doesn't look promising. I was in bed all day yesterday. paracetamol not touching me at all. Anyone else picked this virus up. when I pick one up it takes 6 weeks or more to get over it.

I'm sorry you're feeling so awful, for me paracetamol alone never touches the pain. I got a virus in the new year & it took a good 6 weeks to go. Take care.

whenever I have a virus, funnily enough takes 6 weeks or more to get better. wondering if I could also have an autoimmune condition as I have a high e.s.r. and c.r.p. xxx

Had a tummy bug three weeks ago spent four nights on loo, spent days rolling around bed in agernee nothing help. Now still not right tummy pain and wind. But hopefully I lost some weight ⚖️😏

Sorry that you’re feeling so poorly. Whenever I get a virus or even a cold my pain flares up. I can really feel for you and hope that it eases up soon. Take care . Xx

Thank you for that and your kind words. I was getting so worried. had an awful few days and was due to go to Cardiff today. See how I feel later. cat woke me up for bloody food at this God forsaken hour lol. xxx
