hi please can you let me know if anyone is on pregablin and what strength they are on im on 125mg a day just started them and im still in pain the dr said he can up the dose but slowly any answers would help thanks

Hi I was on pregablin and I went up to 300mg a day out of max 600mg RDA

Your GP is right. You must only ever increase this med very slowly.

Hi laneyh11 I have been on this medication in the past the dose was 300mg 3 times a day didn't do anything for the pain but made me feel sickly all the time also have tried gabepentin and that did nothing for my pain everyone is different and it effects people in different ways hope this helps

Hi Hun, I’m on 300mg twice a day. They do help me but only when I’m taking them with my other medication. However, I am taking them primarily for a spinal tumour. My fibro started later as it was caused by me having the tumour. Take care and love and hugs xx🤗🤗

I've been on them about 6 years and it has brought the burning, zapping pain down several notches. My GP and pain clinic said to get the maximum effect they needed to be in your system two to three weeks.

I take 50mg in the morning and 75mg at night with the occasional few days of an added 50mg when I annual information a bad flare. I am also on alot of other medications for various health conditions and found a higher dose made me feel like a a zombie donut us a trade off with me of some pain relief but still feeling reasonably normal rather than quite a it of pain relief but just sitting mm or lying around all day.

Medication of course affects everyone differently so it is very difficult to predict the outcome if you have the dose increased. Do hope you can get some pain relief.x

I take Gabepentin 2400 mg a day, with moderate pain relief.

Am on 350mg day. was on 450mg. Can make you feel spaced out. Suppose better than pain but I still am.
