Hi I am on 150 in morning and 150 at night and tramadol, been on it for about 3 weeks, and find it hard to stop drifting off, my eyes are heavy as I write this.

Yes that is what I am on but 300 mg twice a day. I am just about at max level that can be given. It works somewhat on me. A lot of the symptoms will ease up after a few months. Can't say the bloating goes away because mine never has. My issues are more than just fibromyalgia though. I also take other meds too. If it is a problem for you I urge you to talk to your Gp about it. I am not a doctor just a fellow warrior in this fight . Please take care of your self. Hugs

For at least two weeks when first going on Pregablin I was like some sort of Zombue barely being able to move and I wanted to lie down all the time. To be quite honest I was in so much pain it was just a relief to have something that took the edge off it. Slowly my body did get much more used to it but above a certain dose I just felt I could not function so I have not increased it. Often these side effects do ease. I have bloating most of the time but already suffered with IBS which can cause the same symptoms. Hope your side effects ease but if they don;t i would have a word wkith your GP.x

That still seems to be a high dose ? I'm only on 100 mg You will feel dizzy and tired But I believe others are on that dose

This is exactly why i am refusing anymore medication! I am on top dose codeine, and that's where it's stopping for now! I need a life, and trying to work, so putting up with the pain. My Dr thinks I'm mad for not taking what she wants me to take....

I am so genuinely sorry to read this and it may be advisable to discuss this with your GP / Medical Specialist to see why it is happening? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi heathkir. Glad I'm not the only one. Like you had my meds increased for hip/leg pains. Still there but felt dizzy, tired and out of sorts. Brain confusion more than fog. Back to Dr tomorrow. Got some physio through work so see if can come down off meds again.

Could you decrease your meds if possible. Hate taking meds but guess we have too.

Big gentle unconfused slimming hugs to you x x
