Ooo that doesn't sound fun at least you have tried it and no this is not for you I would not walk if I had that done hopefully you will find something that does help

You might be better finding one who doesn't do the cracking bones thing as that can cause more issues rather than help.

The chiro I have been seeing for the last 20 years is very gentle and she never makes bones crack !

I have a dodgy back so I go every 6-8 weeks and that keeps me straight and pain free, plus after 20 years we are good friends and like to have a natter 🤣 She uses massage, acupuncture, ultrasound therapy amongst other things, she isn't the bone cracking type of chiro.

I would suggest seeing a lady chiro as they are more gentle, an alternative to chiro is Bowen therapy which is also very gentle.

I don’t know if it would be different next visit but it’s so expensive, and I don’t work can’t justify the price ,

There are two types of chiropractor in the UK; one is the European School and the other is McTimoney. I have experienced both and find the European school very rough. McTimoney is much more gentle. However, I have not been to a chiropractor since developing Fibro.
