annoyed and confused

Just had my PIP appeal tribunal rejected and was basically called a liar by the panel but yet on the letter they stated that they agree I have fibromyalgia but my although my condition causes limitations on what I can do I still scored 0 on both parts - so they say I have my disability but yet I get nothing. so on to the upper tribunals I go

Oh lord... don't know what to say, as I have only just had my assessment this morning. Did you have any help in completing the form and with the assessment and tribunal etc?

Thanks. My father helped me fill the form in as he works for the CAB. I also went to a charity near where I live who deal with people who require help with appeals and stuff. He was even optimistic of myself being awarded PIP. going to complete form and request an upper tribunal. Hope your assessment went as well as it can and hope you get it.

Applefanboy 82 I had to go through the same they say your disable but not enough for there help I don't know what state your in but I know of a pretty good Lawyer that helped me and my son get our disability and he's out in new Hampshire but he does travel if your interested in the name let me know.

Remember that having a disability does not entitle anyone to PIP

Its how that disability effects your life.

So at tribunal focus on how it effects your mobility and daily care needs
