Hi all. I'm Sian my husband Michael has won his appeal After 14 months . He suffers with mental health problems and very bad anxiety. He can't go out on his own. Not even to family members house. We was told a week ago he's won his appeal but d w oasis they got 28 days to appeal it so not sure what happens next.

And help us.

Who said you won the appeal he court? Then I think it take a few weeks to get you sorted. Maybe the DWP letter was old OR It says on the letter you can appeal the WINNING decision in 28 days. As you can appeal a winning decision it was probably just automatically on the letters.

You can appeal any decision good or bad.
