have my pip appeal tomorrow and yesterday I got a call saying it was DWP wanted to know if my bank details we’re still the same also some security questions which I couldn’t answer to all I thought it might have been uc as my husband just applied for working tax credit due to him reducing his hrs to look after me it was a confusing call as I have cognitive issues at the end off call I actually thought it was my bank asked him this and he said no it was pip and thanked me the call lasted 4/5 minutes anybody had this happen thanks

do not know would get your hubby to ring pip or his work tax credit to ensure was them,seems strange to ask when your seeing someone tomorrow, unless they have awarded already? at worst it could be a scammer after your bank details.

The DWP do routinely check your bank details are the same if they are about to put a payment into place. However, the only way to check would be to ring the PIP enquiry line on 0800 121 4433 if you can the best time being when the lines open at 9am. Unfortunately you may be on hold for up to an hour, tho ringing early may hopefully shorten this time.

Working Tax credit is only possible if already claiming Child Tax credit, otherwise you can claim UC. Please see this link: gov.uk/working-tax-credit

Tribunal was today for pip and I won 🤩has been a long year yep that’s how long it took to get here was so nervous but I just told the truth it’s now over and I can now concentrate on my health 🙇🏼‍♀️🙇🏼‍♀️
