Gabapentin/Tramadol dose changing - advice?

Hey everyone 😁. It’s been stinky hot down here averaging 26degrees every day the last week or so. I can’t cope with the heat - plaquenil and AI reaction to the sun pretty makes me a prisoner in my home between 9.30am to 6sh when it starts to cool 😕. Anyway after the huge amount of weight gained on Gabapentin, despite the relief it gave me, I’ve been tapering off under Dr supervision the last 3 weeks. I’m getting pretty good relief from norflex twice a day and tramadol 100mg slow release once a day. I want to shift my tramadol dose to take at night instead of morning but not sure if that means for one day I need to take a second dose at night and start 24hrly from there, or wait till the next evening, missing the morning dose to take it at night instead. Confusing!! Has any one else dealt successfully with this dilemma? 😊. Thank you xx
