bad days

Today someone has run over me thrown me round the room and stamp on me dont know when it happend or who did it just know i feel the pain and its not fair no gym for me or comfy chair just a seat of barb wire Now that i have got that of my chest i will give myself a kick up the bum and stop feeling sorry for myself onwards and upwards tomorrow is going to be a good one im sure gonna have a good sleep and feel less pain fingers crossed

I tend to have more bad days during the winter..I often wonder if it is the cold that sets this off..I am a different person in the warmer summer months ..however, I do still have bad days but not as bad as I do in the winter...does anyone else I wonder?
