Good evening, welcome to our group 
do you suffer with fibro at all? Could it be an headache starting. What is worrying you about the pain is it very bad ? if it is too bad to bare maybe you better call 111 if it's not so bad but there in the morning maybe call your GP have you taken anything for the pain ?
