Is it just me ?

Does anyone bump into things like doorframes etc I do a lot when im having bad fribro days .I feel so clumsy and im covered in bruises on my arms from banging into things,Sometimes I think its just me and feel useless Is anyone ele suffering these things ?

I am uncoordinated and clumsy on a fibro day as well. Fell down the stairs the other day, so be careful. Sometimes think I'm ok but then realise after Ive fallen over that I wasnt

I often feel like I have no spacial awareness some days...definitely when I'm tired.

I`m terrible when i`m really tired which at the moment is most days, the more i seem to think about not doing it i do it so can`t win. I get bruises and sometimes have no idea how till i remember a day or so later that i walked in the side of the table or kicked something.

Yep me too. Bruises appear from no where even if i scratch an itch can end up with awful bruises!

And falling around like ure drunk

i find when i go into some shops that l get a feeling of my ears closing over and my brain being squashed so i bump intp everything and waver all over the place! Not pleasant

Yes always bumping into things, walked into the open door today. I just don't seem to have very good balance and if I am really tired I tend to have quite bad falls. I always have bruises. lol. Been quite ill this week, I have a really bad cold and I seem to have an awful lot of pain over my kidney area, it was excruciating earlier this week but is still really twingey. Not sure what is going on with me at all.xx

Always banging myself on something, or stumbling. My kids are experts at catching me now lol, and my son walks behind me going up stairs and in front going down as I've ended up on my backside a few times x

I always went upstairs on hands and knees and came down on my bum. Had to admit defeat and get a stairlift a few months ago

Yip.....me too, clumsy doesn't come close to descibing me, lol !

Door frames keep my arms and shoulders black & blue on a regular basis.....I used to find it funny being so daft, but it really isn't, it's painful, embarrassing and I feel so stupid !

It sound like I'm in good company, lol !!! We can all be as daft as each other.

Yes, I frequently bump into things & often feel very trembly inside but not show it physically. It makes me feel very unsteady on my feet.

I also have Ankylosing Spondylosis, sometimes I feel like I am in an ever revolving circle, because one condition effects the other!

oh yes ben like it for years i trip up fresh air , i mis judge door ways and today just car door before getting out the way nice scrap on leg and bruise was stinging like a huge cut was only asilly graze thats fibro!!! hi Gandalf :-)x
