I'm still trying to get over this bout of sciatica. Trying to get myself a bit more mobile having been off my feet for over a week. I have Just hung some washing out on my waist high washing line and I am completely exhausted. I want to cry. I seem to be taking one step forward and 3 steps backwards. And it's now Methotrexate time. Lucky me. Moan over. Sorry. It's been a bad week. X

Have a good moan better out than in as they say sometimes just writing down what is wrong helps. I know my acupuncturist always says he wouldn't wish Sciatica on his worse enemy as any movement seems to make it worse. Having to take methotrexate doesn't help my best friend used to take hers on a Wednesday night and within a couple of hours that was it until about test time tahr next day. I can imagine the combination of those three illnesses is a life changer. Have you got any exercises for it or would acupuncture help. I think unfortunately you just have to go with the flow of what your body is dictating at the moment.Hope the pain starts to ease soon .x

Thank you, I've tried acupuncture alongside every other treatment and excersize programme I've been advised to. Nothing seems to be helpingl I suppose I just have wait for it to pass. You are right, better out than in, thank you xx
