After 30 years of having Fibro because I have rheumatoid so they say.. the pain is under control by patches now for both illnesses. Gabapentin (think it is spelt) controls all my nerve damage from breast and lung cancer and now a new hip. for me its the foggy brain I can not find a result to..... being on oxygen 24/7 doesn't help.... I do brain games on here well that's what my excuse is ...lol..lol... I'm still foggy brained I make appointments, meetings and totally forget... even with a diary,, phone minder and calendar... I do work within the community garden as a gardener when able... other than that I make teas when they have events.,

Hi jane1955
Foggy Brain what foggy brain
I think its a way of life
But agree its when you cant remember what you where going to do next or what you did a few minutes ago that gets me .
I was in our works office today trying to arrange new clients to visit in my Calendar and I could not work it out .
Could not even tell my brain how to use the keyboard
xx
I don't think the meds we are on help with the brain fog they tend to make us feel so fuzzy our brain only seems to work at half pace. Glad that you can help out in the community garden as I find gardening relaxes and also refreshes the mind.x
