Sick and tired

I'm so sick and tired of this. Feeling like I have sludge for brains, I have loud tinnitus too. I can't get myself into gear and hoover the house. Does anyone else get random neuralgia in the scalp eyes and face?

A positive contribution, I have had a wonderful weekend with my family. I looked after my baby grandson Bertie for a day last weekend. He had a fantastic time also I've got a beautiful painting he made for me, he's only 20 months old. He's so very handsome.

I bought myself a mini grass trimmer yesterday, it's tiny! I did trim the grass down, what with all the rain the grass and weeds were thick and lush. I have yellow vetch in the lawn, I love it, would like to keep it and not cut it down. It's so pretty.

I'm going to hoover and stuff. Please think of me and wish me the best

Hi :)

What a lovely name "Bertie". Do you have him much?

The fatigue with this illness is awful isn't it? It makes you feel so demotivated and can't be bothered with anything.

I hope you are feeling a bit more yourself now.

Lu xx

Oh no! It's driving me bonkers. I'm waiting for tinnitus group to contact me at the Royal Surrey.

Is it another symptom of fibromyalgia? I am sorry you put up with this too

I am not sure. I got tinnitus 20 years ago before I was ill but it is really bad now. I had a brain MRI in March but nothing showed up that would explain the feelings. Am seeing ENT at the moment but the consultant looked at me blank when I described my symptoms. Has sent me for some further tests but not till September. Everything takes ages to get any answers doesn't it?

Forgot to say I went to the tinnitus clinic and they give you tips on coping and were supportive.

Yes it takes a long time. I get 😵 dizzy twice I've blacked out. I forget to tell my gp so it never gets mentioned. Hope all goes well with your appointment in September. Let me know how you get on.
