hello, I;m new to this site but not to FMS, I was diagnosed in 2003 but I was told recently by a Pain Consultant at Frenchay Hospital in Bristol that its most likely I was born with the condition !!!

I was told that when i was born that i wasn't expected to live and my sister told me I had a blood transfusion when i was born but my mother never mentioned this to me, so perhaps that has something to do with it.
