Oh no I forgot

At my pip consultation they asked about my medications. I gave him a repeat prescription list but it didn't have that medicine on. One Medicine the doctor prescribed to me I forgot to tell them for my incontinue.

What can I do now?

If its just one medication I wouldn't worry they will contact your GP in the assessment process.

Hi

I would phone and inform them as it may make a difference to your award

Although it states they will contact your GP it does state if they require any more information.

In many cases GPs are not contacted .

Contact them asap and tell them you're sending a more upto date infix hopefully everything goes well

Do contact them and tell them about the medication you forgot to tell them about as it could make a difference. Unfortunately they do the often contact your GP now. My new GP said at one time they always did but he rarely now gets a request so we can't take it for granted that they will. Best of luck with everything hope you get a good result.x
