HI there kazza1-1-1 So sorry to hear your feeling sick fibro can make us feel many things sadly. But sickness can also be caused by many things too. I have a tummy bug as I write that is causing me to feel dizzy and sick. But it could be from something I have eaten to been sat in the sun too long to plain worry or stress. Not every thing is fibro related. For me the weekend will see me eat a very light diet to try and get my digestive system back on track.

But I would say if you feel worse and do start to actually Vomit please call your GP at once.

I do hope you feel better soon {{hugs}}

Mo xx

Hi mo

Thankyou for your reply.

I too have had a tummy bug and i was on two lots of antibiotics for 7 days which i just took my last ones yesterday. When taking them i felt so much better but only the last couple of days i felt sick. And this morning i had a headache caused by menstrual reason which ive always suffered headaches just before my periods, so this morning i took two paracetamol but the ones you disolve in water and soon as i took them i brought them back up! Since taking antibiotics i have not took any painkillers as i didn't like to mix tablets and also not to keen in taking meds unless absolutely necessary! Since bringing the paracetamol back up ive managed to keep a cup of tea down and a banana so im hoping it was just my body telling me it did not want the meds! I've also been drinking water with lemon to try and detox a little!

Sounds like your enjoying the weather as it is lovely out! I do hope you feel better with your tummy bug too!

Bug hugs back x

Hi there kazza1-1-1 I am sorry seems like you have a bunch of stuff going on at the moment. Maybe once your menstrual stuff eases up you may feel a little better. i know many ladies suffer from vomiting at that time of the month not nice for you. But If your tummy as not settled after the weekend i would speak to a GP you just may need another course of antibiotics. Sometimes one course is not enough. Feel better soon xx

Hi mo, I have a few things going on at the moment, but hoping to be sorted! I recently went for a ct scan and all came back normal so they said, now im going to a chiropractor twice a week as suffering back, neck and shoulder problems! Been back and forth to the doctor's for differnet blood tests and all back normal part from when they found the tummy bug a week ago! They've not diagnosed me with fibromyalgia but told me not to rule out either as i have symptoms related to fibro though i know fibro can mimic other things! My dog jumps up at me and that can hurt sometimes even bruising, certain parts of my body hurt for nothing like my ribs, wrists and arms! My mam has been diagnosed with fibro so not sure if its hereditary!

I have heard of woman being sick at the start of their period cycle so maybe it was that! I'm not feeling sick at the min so hopefully no more of that!

Thanks again for your lovely reply!😊xx

Thanks rosewine, I'm feeling bit better now! I think its abit of both, maybe being too hot and to many antibiotics! Thanks for your reply ☺x

I easily and frequently get nauseous. Not sure if it is fibro related, think it is though. I have thrown up but it was associated with a horrible headache.

Good luck××

Hi naturalnikki, thanks for your reply! Ive had a tummy bug and have been taking antibiotics for 7days just coming off them friday, then had an awful headache so took paracetamol that you dissolve in water and soon as i took them i was sick so i think that may have triggered the sickness!

Hope yourok and not suffering with your fibro problems too much!

So sorry to hear you are feeling so sick. If its any help, when my pains get really bad, I feel nauseous and sometimes am physically sick. I just though it is my body reacting to the extreme pain. Hope you will get better soon!

Hi sherrisix,

Thanks for your reply.

I did have headache caused by menstrual period so i took some paracetamol that dissolves in water. Soon as i took them i was sick so maybe they weren't the best thing to take when feeling sick in the first place esp after taking antibiotics for a tummy bug!

Hope your ok and not suffering too much with aches and pains!😊x
